House Searching

The real estate market is not in pretty good shape and a turmoil for the country. With so many foreclosure in the market, it would just show how bad it is. As for a family who wanted to have home it is a good time to buy. But you need to get a better credit history and show good financial documents since banks and lenders are very strict in approving home loans. Me and my husband consider buying another house this year if we are able to find a very affordable house. We already have our investment homes rented though not showing a positive cash flow. We're just holding it for long term hoping the market will turn good.

We drove some couple of houses in San Jose and Morgan Hill. Both has good neighborhood and the prices are way below market value. A very good price but we don't know if we can buy it considering there are investors who got lots of money and right now they're the one who's buying properties. I just hope one day we can be lucky to find our house and we can build a home.
